Driving from New York

We are about ninety miles northwest of Manhattan. One can cross the George Washington Bridge and take the Palisades Parkway north to the NY Thruway (Route 87), or directly take the NY Thruway North from the Triboro Bridge. Exit the NY Thruway at Exit 16 (not 15 or 15A) onto Route 17 toward Harriman (Middletown). About 20 miles later, exit North (Exit 119) onto Highway 302 to Pine Bush. After about 15 miles turn left at the light, onto Route 52. About 3 or 4 miles later, after seeing a sign with a flashing yellow light on your right, turn right onto Quannacut Road. A blue sign on the left of Route 52 marks this entrance. The retreat center is 8/10 of a mile on the right.
